First time at Boulder Lab? You must watch the safety video in full and complete the waiver form here before you can climb. If you’ve been to one of our other locations before, you won’t need to fill it out again.

All minors must have the waiver completed on their behalf by their legal guardian. If you have any climbers aged 5-17 in your group, please fill out this waiver (valid for up to 7 minors).
